How to use VacuLife ?

Working out with VacuLife is one of the most effective method of fat burning and diminishing of cellulite. However, there is one condition. User needs to remember that number of sessions needs to be adjusted to the stage of the cellulite.
Depending on thickness of fatty tissue and advancement level of cellulite is recommended to take 10 to 30 training sessions. Session should take place every two or three days.
Duration of training – 30 minutes divided into three phases:

  • first 5 min. – setting vacuum on few mbar to get the body used to it
  • stabilizing vacuum level -20 minutes of training (remember to keep stable pace of exercising)
  • last 5 min – vacuum is being now reduced to initial level

While exercising, user needs to monitor his/her pulse. It is required to keep it on stable level between 120 to 140 heart beats per minute. It is highly recommended to drink at least 0, 5 l of water to supply body with essential stimuli that improve effectiveness.
To sustain the results achieved during the full session, it is advised to use the VacuLife equipment at least once or twice a week.

  • Epilepsy
  • Pregnancy
  • Menstruation
  • Individual medical contraindications for physical exercising

It is recommended for each customer to sign the statement informing about his/ her health condition, if it is not considered as a contraindication for using VACULIFE devices and that exercising is performed at his/her own risk and responsibility.

Dietetic indicators improving results:

  • To eat at least 5 meals per day: smaller portions but more frequently, it is better to eat warm meals as they are filling for a longer time. Non-fat diet, rich in fiber (vegetables, wholegrain cereals), reduce salt
  • Drink more – still water, herbal infusions, tea – it helps cleanse the body of toxins, reduces feelings of hunger
  • Eat slowly
  • Last meal during day should not be consumed later then at 7pm.
